Looking forward!

I have slowly been healing from injuries this past year and have had to change my fitness program as a result. My #1 goal is to feel great physically, mentally and emotionally on my 5-0 in April, 2014!

I'm exploring nutrition as a path to wellness and having fresh green drinks daily. I have also started a (near) daily practice of short meditation/visualizations from The Gabriel Method. I have started to exercise again and am feeling grateful to be able to move without pain!
