My Goals:
To actually weigh 130 lbs again and be a lean, trim, fit, healthy female in her late 40's...I have a birthday in December...I'll have to change this to early 50's....lol

My Program:
 Trying to stay on track with the Nutrition Tracker and getting either or both cardio and weight training every day. My NEW goal is to be a nonsmoker and once I reach 130 lbs..maintain it!

Personal Information:
I live in North West Tennessee. I like reading, music, and believe it or not...exercise! I just have issues with food...junk food!

Other Information:
 After almost 17 years dealing with INSURANCES and billing, plus the myriad of other jobs I had to do in the clinic..I quit. Now I work 5 days at a hardware store and work my home business the rest of the time. I feel at least 1 inch taller!

Hi Ann, I don't know if you will remember me or not, but a loooong, loong time ago I met you along with some other sparkers at Shoney's in Jackson. My user name at the time was Sara Smile or something along those lines. Have finally made my way back to SP after a long absence and lots of changes. Wanted to stop by and say hello!
