hahaha Program? Umm... Does DIY count as a "program"? Because I have no time to go to a gym, and I don't have any big at-home exercise equipment, and I don't own one of those WII (Wii? Wi? Whatever) things... So I guess my program is more of a "Make it up as I go"...
