My Goals:
- Get back on track and lose a 1-2 pounds a week.

My Program:
Here are my lofty lofty goals:

- Compete (and win) the Biggest Loser competition at my school. (Last year I came in 2nd place).
- Exercise 5-6 times a week, 45min to 1 hr each time. This year my goal is running and group fitness.
- Fat Smash diet... I'm going to give it a go. I'm definitely going on the detox phase.
- Get back to my progress weight a few years ago. I kind of let myself go.

It depends on the package you want to get. Base enrollment is $399 and goes up from there depending on which brand of shoes you want to get that comes with it. The base package (silver) includes everything you need for the 10 weeks - 60 classes, coaching, 3 fitness evals, gloves, wraps, manual and entry into their $1,000 contest. The other two that are higher offer a water bottle and a gym bag plus the brand of shoes. The shoes are important because they require martial art shoes and they go between Pine Tree brand and Adidas brand. They require martial art shoes on their mats (flat, smooth soles with pivot points) and that's the major differentiation between the enrollments. If you do the base package, you can opt to do the sessions barefoot or in socks.

I totally understand. I used to do more ST, but since I joined the gym, I have switched over to cardio. I've never done Pilates. Did you try it at the gym or at home? I love the idea of going to classes at the gym, but I'm usually to nervous to try them on my own. I recently started taking a step class and that is fun. I'm planning to incorporate the wii active back into my workouts to get some ST in. I think Cardio is just easier in the sense that you don't have to be trained in it, you can just start running or biking.

Oh, I won't stress myself out with it! I wouldn't do it until I had more time to dedicate to it which would be during the summer months. During the summer I only have work which is my normal job hours from 730-4 and then I'm free as a bird. If I do it in the morning, or do it after work, I have that extra hour to give, whereas now, it's just not an option!

Hey there! Sorry I wasn't able to make it to the meeting this morning (I'm familiar with LifeGate and have actually contemplated joining their congregation since I have yet to join one since I moved here). I've been babysitting my niece! I'll have her all day again tomorrow and we're going to the zoo :)

I've got the 30 day shred on my iTunes so I just need to like burn it to a DVD or something so I can do it when I find the time. I probably won't be able to really start until after we move because my entire apartment is completely packed up!

I'm definitely down for meeting up sometime, I can message you my number if you want to text or something!
