My Goals:
- Get back on track and lose a 1-2 pounds a week.
My Program:
Here are my lofty lofty goals: - Compete (and win) the Biggest Loser competition at my school. (Last year I came in 2nd place). - Exercise 5-6 times a week, 45min to 1 hr each time. This year my goal is running and group fitness. - Fat Smash diet... I'm going to give it a go. I'm definitely going on the detox phase. - Get back to my progress weight a few years ago. I kind of let myself go.
