It's good to see that you're back! IT was actually Farrell's that I was a part of - I finished my ten weeks yesterday! I went from doing 29 pushups in a minute, 26 situps in a minute, and running at 15:01 mile to 71 pushups in a minute, 54 situps in a minute, and running a 10:54 mile. Not bad! I lost 6% body fat in the last ten weeks which was 10 inches around my body - 3 of which were in my waist alone! It was a great program, but I'm so glad that it's over. Hey girl! I've missed you! I'm back on Spark to help me keep myself accountable on top of my Farrell's program and be sure that I can track everything... I did kickboxing this morning on top of strength training and I burned close to 600 calories in 45 minutes! HECK YES!
It's very hard to keep strong when I see him sitting across from me eating cookies. I wish I could say or do something that would make him realize that he needed to be a bit more sensitive around me when it comes to that kind of thing. Because when he's sitting there stuffing his face with cookies, it makes me want to stuff my face with cookies. I guess in more of a sense, I wish I had him as a partner in this like I have him as a partner in my life. It's so much easier when you're doing it with someone and you're not separating everything in your household between "what she can eat" and "what I can eat".
Thank you so much for your comment in my blog, though. It really helps to know that people are there to support me and help me through this. I'm going to focus on myself for now only, no matter how hard that may be, and hope that he sees the benefits that I'm getting and will want to reap them himself. 1997 days ago
