I WANT THIS!!!

I am a 28 and it is now or never. I have longed to make a change in my life and had never stepped up to the plate. I have always been average in my body weight and after a long Alaskan Winter the pounds have packed on. I want to feel sexy in my own skin and live a life of no regrets and a fat life....for me...would be a regretful one!!

Hi there! I saw one of your posts on the clean eating page... You and I are opposites. I workout like a mad woman, but find the eating part so challenging. It is so amazing, when I am able to eat clean, the weight just melts off! I had a great week, and weighed in the 150's FINALLY!

I know that coupling the workouts with the eating is KEY.

Anyway, I just thought I'd stop by and say hi. I just chuckled when I thought if you and I could merge our strengths, we'd be the weight loss gurus! LOL

Hi, is your eating clean the body builders diet? Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, lean meats, eggs, etc? Can you blog it or point me to seeing what it looks like?

Hey thanks for the comment! No, I just moved to Reno about a week ago so the sprint tri is around here. There are several different lengths of triathlons: sprint, olympic, half-ironmans and ironmans (going from shortest to longest). Hope all is going well in chilly Alaska! hehe I love the heat!
