Be Healthy.
Ok, so here is where I can inspire and motivate myself. Hi, my name is Chelle and in 2006, my motivation came in the form of a letter after a checkup stating I was at high risk for diabetes. My grandmother struggled with diabetes, but I used to think, "It will never happen to me." For the sake of my health, I was determined to succeed by taking things slow and steady and so far no more letters. 2/16/10-Another healthy checkup from doctors.

My Goals:
I would like to keep my goal of a pound at a time. No need for more than that, it just discourages me. :)
My Program:
I track all my food, walk on the treadmill 30 minutes M-F. I know I would benefit from a personal trainer as well, but that will have to wait.
Personal Information:
I spend way too much time on the computer, but I do love to read books, watch tv, ride the Harley, watch movies, and of course shop! :)
Other Information:
I joined SP in January '08 after a co-worker told me how helpful this site was for her weight management. I was sticking to just exercising at the time, but this helps me learn the right balance of foods to keep the weight off.
