She got both feet on the ground
And she's burning it down
She got her head in the clouds
And she's not backing down
From March to May of 2014 I didn't work out and gained back 50 lbs of the 80 pounds that I had previously lost. In June, I got back on track and I'm back down to where I was before I put all that weight back on. Only THIS time, I'm still going strong and more determined than ever to reach my wildest dream goals.

Back to square one. Okay not square ONE, maybe square 3 lol Gained. a lot. Time to get with it n stick with it!
2013 -
So far, so good! Been maintaining the success I've had but now.. Really want to push the rest of the way to make it to my goal weight. It sure is a long way from my all time high of 260 or even when I first signed up on sparkpeople in the 230's. I'm proud of my accomplishments and know I've got it in me to make it to my goal and get in the best shape of my life

I started down this journey once before thinking that the "ah ha" moment had hit me. I did well and lost 40 lbs at my lowest. It seems as though I've been going through these 6 month up and down cycles so my very first goal no matter how slowly it comes off ... Is to be able to look back once I reach my goal and say I stuck with it! Little ups and downs, good days and bad days... Sure, they're to be expected but to go 6 months without I'm caring about my body and health is not acceptable. Here's to never ending up back in the 230's again!

My Goals:
My ultimate goals are to weigh 135 lbs and/or 15% body fat and run a 5k in under 30 min

^like 6 years old but still true :-)

My Program:
I eat clean and healthy real food.. kind of primal/paleo based but with my own modifications to make it a suitable lifestyle change for myself.

10/15/14 update:
My current excercise program is running, Camp gladiator bootcamp from 10/13/2014 to 11/15/2014. I'm on day 52 of 83 days of Jamie Eason's Livefit strength training/lifting program on bodyspace and I love to dance so I take all kinds of zumba and hip hop classes throughout the week.

Call it what you want, just remember... obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated. ;-D
