Facing Reality and Loving Me...
I was 53 and had recently gained weight. I was pretty healthy, but didn't want to continue to gain weight. So I started out wanting to lose 35 pounds. Update: Well, thanks to healthy living, I reached this 35 pound weight loss goal on 1/6/08. Now, I'm going for the last 25. Update: Down 49.5 pounds as of 4/20/08. I'd like to lose another 10.5. Update: Down 57.5 pounds as of 8/3/08!!!! Went shopping and I tried on a size 10 blazer and it ...

UPDATE: Made it to GOAL on Sept. 15, 2008 - the day before my one year Anniversary here at SparkPeople! UPDATE: I've kept the weight off for eight months! UPDATE: Slipped and fell, but on my way back... Still a wonderful journey...

My Program:
Eating healthy. Balancing carbs, fats and proteins with emphasis on protein. Staying around 1200 calories a day, 8+ glasses of water. Fitness includes at least 20 minutes a day.
