My Goals:
to lose 50+ pounds before my goal date. I have started on this journey so many times and failed ... but the failure comes frombad habits, old voices, laziness and procrastination.

My Program:
I have set up the nutrition tracker and have an exercise program to follow.

Native Oregonian, living in Central Oregon; married; 3 beautiful daughters; 1 teen grandaughter, and 1 baby grandson . Still working toward retirement, full time J.O.B., part time network marketing.

I started my journey on 09/05/2006 and I did not expect for it to happen....I lost 30lbs in 4 months!!!

Spark People WORKS!!

It does become a habit and you will succeed. This is a GREAT site and best of all it's FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight and you are motivating soooo many which is the BEST FEELING EVER!!

and remember if motivation leaves you, find will power and reel him on in :)
