maintaining healthiness on my journey with Jesus

Hi, my name is cheryl and i love spark people. This wonderful community has helped me get back to a healthier weight, and shown me that i can age with grace instead of settling for the ongoing weight gain that seemed to have become a part of my getting older. Praise God for spark people. I feel so much better, a little lighter and a lot healthier.

Essential Oils can be used aromatically, topically and internally. The last one if you use doTerra because they have extra testing they do to make completely sure they are pure enough to take that way. Most of the time they are topical or aromatic. There are oils that definitely help lessen the depression, anxiety, etc. Here are a couple websites you can look at. The first is my doTerra site and the second is one with tons of information by "health issue."

Hi Cheryl! Thank you for the goodie and it's so nice to hear from you. I'm so sorry I've been so busy. I tried to send you a goodie also but my computer wasn't cooperating. How have you been? I'm well. Just having a hard time staying home since I've been able to drive. Loving the independence!!
