sparkling success with spark people

Hi, my name is cheryl and i love spark people. This wonderful community has helped me get back to a healthier weight. I had gotten heavier with age, as my metabolism slowed down more and more. I started my spark journy around 190 lbs on my 5'10" frame. I had gone up to XL and XXL, size 16 or more. Spark people has shown me that i can age with grace instead of settling for fat and frumpy. Praise God for spark people. I feel so much better, a little lighter and a lot healthier.

Dearest Sista, your comment on my blog was beautiful and so much appreciated. Sharing the part about the waves and how eventually, though the waves still come, they no longer knock us down. In recent days, the waves came and I suddenly felt a bit unsteady on my feet ... but I did remain standing.

As for my moaning blog - LOL - losing my spark streak really ticked me off, I guess. I think the setting of our spark streaks, and in particular the resetting of our spark streaks, should be up to each individual. While my computer was down, I was still on my program 100%, but because I could not log in (through no fault of my own), my efforts up to that point are deleted by our Spark BIG BROTHER. Anyway, I just find that more demoralizing than helpful and just wanted to get that out there.

Aside from that, life is good. emoticon

Wishing you a truly Happy and Blessed Easter! emoticon
