134 POUNDS GONE FOREVER!

I have been living the healthy lifestyle for 20 months now, and I'm amazed at all the changes I see. For once I am making my health a priority rather than focusing on the needs of others. I have lost 134 lbs and 8 pant sizes!

Nell!!! I"m so mad at myself. I worked really hard yesterday to squeeze in my full TNT and I got 75 points. I raced to the chat thread to post about it and I put it in my fitness tracker, but I did not put it in the BLC tracker where it needed to go to be counted. I don't know how I forgot that important part :( I"m so upset. I had a streak of getting full points in every LCW and TNT :( I just posted it now (8 am) is it too late???? I let Roxy know as well.

I am calorie cycling. trying to figure out what'll work right now. I'm not where I wanna be.

I'm liking shakeology. It's expensive, but I have noticed some differences. I think I will see how a month goes, and then go from there.


Oh and I found a new kind of "oatmeal." you'll see it in my tracker. ;)
