I WILL NOT GIVE UP!

I have been living the healthy lifestyle for just over two years, and I'm amazed at all the changes I see. For once I am making my health a priority rather than focusing on the needs of others. I have lost around 134 lbs and 8 pant sizes!

In January my body decided to rebel a little and my hormones went crazy...maybe it was my weight loss or maybe it was something else, I will never know. I have been fighting and uphill battle with keeping my weight down and pushing forward ...

I have been fighting and uphill battle with keeping my weight down and pushing forward even though I don't see results. It is hard, but there is no way I am going back to what I was at one time!

I know that I still have work before I reach my goal, but I'm well on my way to making my family a healthy family! I still struggle with emotional eating, portion control, and motivation. I know that as long as I have SparkPeople that I can get past those hurdles!
