UP and DOWN in the 300lbs

I woke up this morning,sat on the side corner of my bed.I started to wonder "what is wrong"?why do I always feel so lazy to start my day "why do I hate to open my closet and look for what I am to wear"? Then I get up stand in front of the mirror there is my problem I am at 31yrs of age and at a weight that can kill me,I plan to work on this deal of loseing the weight,It won't be easy but I will try as hard as I can even if I see no difference on the scale.I need to be healthy and I do hope that ...

My Goals:
Be able to step out to a nice dance club with a sexy dress.

Feel that not all eyes are on me due to my weight.

Be able to run.

Be able to get on rides.

Be able to jumprope.

At the end of november be at least 320lbs

My Program:
Right now I am focusing on intakeing lots of fluids,more important WATER...and more WATER I have intaked alot of salads,fiber,fruits and real lite walking but hey I am trying

Stay in Houston and like to find friends of sparks that live in the area.

love to dance,enjoy out doors,I like to go out,Like to read books,enjoy the study of medicine.I like to enjoy the time with my children.

hey, sorry its take me awhile to get back to you - life has been hectic. First of, welcome back to Spark!!!

So I wish I could say my recent weight-loss was because I was doing great things, but I've been benched on exercise (injuries). I probably eat about 1100 calories a day (and only because I am on a med that reduces my appetite to zero)..... but when life was less medicated/injurious, I worked out 3x/wk for about 30-60 min and ate about 1600 calories a day. I didn't pay much attention to proteins, but made sure I ate lots of fruits and veggies.

Based on your feed, I see you are really reaching out today trying to find some good tips, friends, and motivation. That is great. That was one of the first things I did. I tried to find as many Spark friends that were being some what successful on their journey and use them as motivation; if they could do it, so could I.
I have one now that makes me green with envy in how well she is doing, but instead of making myself miserable with regrets, I use that as drive to keep going, to know if I keep trying I can succeed.
