hey, sorry its take me awhile to get back to you - life has been hectic. First of, welcome back to Spark!!!
So I wish I could say my recent weight-loss was because I was doing great things, but I've been benched on exercise (injuries). I probably eat about 1100 calories a day (and only because I am on a med that reduces my appetite to zero)..... but when life was less medicated/injurious, I worked out 3x/wk for about 30-60 min and ate about 1600 calories a day. I didn't pay much attention to proteins, but made sure I ate lots of fruits and veggies.

Based on your feed, I see you are really reaching out today trying to find some good tips, friends, and motivation. That is great. That was one of the first things I did. I tried to find as many Spark friends that were being some what successful on their journey and use them as motivation; if they could do it, so could I. I have one now that makes me green with envy in how well she is doing, but instead of making myself miserable with regrets, I use that as drive to keep going, to know if I keep trying I can succeed.
