You have to find that motivation to keep on going when you get unmotivated or feel down. You have to find a way to pull yourself up & keep going. You have to find what will DRIVE YOU to keep pressing forward!!! You have to remember why you started this journey, why you started here on Spark. No one can push you to pick yourself up off the couch & move that body, No one can stop you from putting junk food in your mouth ONLY YOU!!
So when you want to Give UP, have a TRUE SIT DOWN & think about the Pro's of losing the weight & the Con's on Staying Down & Not doing anything! That there my Diva, will have to be your MOTIVATION 2 KEEP GOING!!
