    Having read a bit more about this I find its muscle / fat density a good argument not to use BMI. BMI is too ridged and is a this or that. I don't know about this new calculation but it does give you a from to for any given number.

    It is still new to me so need more research for me

    This was all brought about by me asking the nurse yesterday a what if question.

    If you exercise and have a healthy BMI and you are building muscle your BMI would move into the over weight range, would you then be unhealthy. After all a BMI of 25.1 is over weight. Her answer was no because you would be stronger and healthier.

    One of my SP friends sent the link and I followed it up to my last blog.

    I don't know the answer anymore than anyone else but it worth thinking about
