Since joining SparkPeople, I have become slimmer and healthier -- in spite of major surgery in January 2010. I am able to do much more than before and feel better.

I am the mother of 6 gifts from God, 3 boys -- Jason, Richard and Bryan --and 3 girls -- Kristen, Catherine, and Jessica. One of my sons is presently in the military (Air Force) in S. Korea, one got out of the Navy and went to graduate school and got his Master's degree in biology and is now here in WA state deconstructing a ship, and the third is working after getting out of the Army and is working on his college course work to become a psychologist. He has joined the Army National Guard now and they will help him to pay for his education. My oldest daughter is a paralegal, my second daughter is an R.N., and the youngest is employed by the DOL.

I have eight grandchildren, a girl Paige (11 years old) and a boy Isaac (9 years old), an adorable 7 year old boy named Keith Bryan, a 6 year old grandson named Dylan, a 6 year old grandson named Trent, a girl Isabella Noelle, who is 3 years old, Brady who is 1, and an infant named Eric.

I also am the crazy cat and dog lady. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs.

God is my rock and my strength.

I don't get around to see old internet friends as often as I used to. That just means I'm healthier and out and about. I guess that's a good thing in a way. Just know you remain in my thoughts and prayers, even when I'm not online.

Thanks for your prayers Nellie. I really thought I'd be buried from that church as I've been there almost 11 years, but not now. I know God has a plan for me and will use my music somewhere else. I will not formally "join" another church again however.

He believes it was a reaction caused by toxins his micro current is releasing in his lungs, as that has been noticed the last couple of times he's been treated, and the glutathione injection he had this morning reacted with those toxins. It all makes sense. Still having difficulty getting his blood pressure to stay down so I gave him an oil blend to try moments ago. It was down and we know benadryl really messes with that so it could still be the issue as they gave him a double dose. He will now get an epi pen from our naturopath and have her help him find a different blood pressure med as this one does tend to make him feel sick over time so he doesn't like to take it every day and he has to.

We asked the installers about it when they were at the neighbors wiring the house for a dish and they said they can't remove them because of potential liability to a leak in the roof. As we know we will be redoing the shingles in that area with the patio cover it was not a problem for us to take them out. They do leave large holes. Got $15 for them and some other steel Tim had for the recycle place!
