"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

Since joining SparkPeople, I have become slimmer and healthier -- in spite of major surgery in January 2010. I am able to do much more than before and feel better.

Since joining SparkPeople, I have become slimmer and healthier -- in spite of major surgery in January 2010. I am able to do much more than before and feel better.

I am the mother of 6 gifts from God, 3 boys -- Jason, Richard and Bryan --and 3 girls -- Kristen, Catherine, and Jessica. One of my sons is presently in the military (Air Force) in S. Korea, one got out of the Navy and went to graduate school and got his Master's degree in biology and is now here in WA state deconstructing a ship, and the third is working after getting out of the Army and is working on his college course work to become a psychologist. He has joined the Army National Guard now and they will help him to pay for his education. My oldest daughter is a paralegal, my second daughter is an R.N., and the youngest is employed by the DOL.

I have eight grandchildren, a girl Paige (11 years old) and a boy Isaac (9 years old), an adorable 7 year old boy named Keith Bryan, a 6 year old grandson named Dylan, a 6 year old grandson named Trent, a girl Isabella Noelle, who is 3 years old, Brady who is 1, and an infant named Eric.

I also am the crazy cat and dog lady. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs.

God is my rock and my strength.

Thank you! Yes, that was exactly the issue of why my status won't go to FB. I've allowed it for the time being even though I don't typically send my status to FB, but just testing it for some teammates who do. And, I know I can turn it back off if I see things popping up that bother me.

You have such cute fur babies!!!

Merry Christmas,
Cathy emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Dry needling is supposed to "break up" large, persistent knots/tightness in a muscle group... to help things relax to a "normal" state of being. Does that make sense?
