I found that a variety of workouts and sometimes even skipping a day can help break a plateau. I have also heard that a high calorie day can help change things up enough too. But persistence is key... don't give up!
We are all here for similar reasons! Keep it moving! And don't beat yourself up if you fall of the horse from time to time!
Hey Lady, Thanks so much for the goodie; it was so thoughtful of you. Things are going well for me. I cooked on Sunday for my family which left me with Monday and Tuesday to do whatever I wanted. It was wonderful. I'm going back to work tomorrow just so that I can break the laziness that I have grown used to in the last few days. LOL! I'm glad your dinner turned out well and your MIL was pleased. You know that you can join the group anytime you like. We are there for you.
