Thanks for the info upon digital blogging. I am flat out, crazy busy with my work and home schedule for the rest of this month and next, but my way of getting through it is to keep exercising and to spend a few minutes here and there planning the projects I will do when I have time again. So I will check put the website you listed and plan to try some digital scrapbooking in time for the holidays. Thanks for the inspiration!

Hope you are felling better. My way of heading off the yuck is to get extra sleep, so I hope that worked for you. But keep up on that water! It will help you flush out the illness trying to get you, keep you energized (dehydration will wipe you out faster than lack of food), and fend off hunger, too. If you feel lousy, tired or whatever, by all means give yourself a break, but try to get in at least your 10 minutes. You can ALWAYS do that much, right?! And it will keep you in the daily habit, so you won't be starting over when you're feeling better.

You can do it! Keep at it! Every. Single. Day. At least a little something.

Way to go! As long as you keep doing something every day, that is the important thing. Listen to your body and take it as slow as you need to.

I noticed your comment about digital scrapbooking. That sounds cool! I love putting digital photos into sideshows since we rarely print them anymore, and I am horribly impatient with cutting and pasting (I blame it on the fact that I didn't go to kindergarten :-). So digital scrapbooking sounds fun! Do you use a special software program?

Thank you for making me a friend. Sorry to be so long replying. The temperature here went from 80 one day and freezing the next. I turned into a bear and hibernated with my audiobooks and blankies. I have now emerged from my staycation and am peeking at work from around the corner. Hope this finds you well and sparking. :o)
