My keys to success have been:
More balanced eating schedule and mini-meals for breakfast, snack #1, lunch and snack #2.
Trying to work out for just 30 minutes a day five days a week. More, if I can do it.
Lots of water
Tracking all of my food. You will be amazed at how many calories you can consume and STILL lose weight. It is higher when you work out.
Sugar free gum and candies for the urge to cheat #2
Aromatherapy lotion - for the urge to cheat #2
When you feel like you are going to lose your mind because you are so hungry...chug some water.
The Sparkpeople online workouts (20 minute total body workout combined with the 15 minute abs) with a resistance band. That is all I do for my strength exercise days.
