In the longterm I want to put on more muscle weight, but I thought I'd try focusing on losing some pounds of fat first. My first goal is to lose 5-7lbs by the end of Sept. 2012.

I also want to improve my fitness scores. My main goal is to become more muscular, but I would also like to do more cardio just for basic health purposes. :)

Other Information:
I'm a female-to-male trans guy, so starting this muscle building process a bit later in life than some. Hope that I can still build some decent muscle now that I'm officially out of my 20s.
