In the longterm I want to put on more muscle weight, but I thought I'd try focusing on losing some pounds of fat first. My first goal is to lose 5-7lbs by the end of Sept. 2012. I also want to improve my fitness scores. My main goal is to become more muscular, but I would also like to do more cardio just for basic health purposes. :)
