Once more with feeling!

It took about 4 weeks for my first lb to drop, it seems that right now I am averaging 2 lbs a week which is fine by me, I am learning a great deal about what is best for me to eat by using my daily nutrition tracker, especially when looking at substitutes what their food values are. August 16th, 2009, well have been off for a year or so, now need to lose 27 lbs

It is now July 2011, how quickly time goes, and how quickly those pounds keep on adding up. Am experiencing some back pain in spite of the fact that I swim regularly, and do a great deal of walking off course my age has something to do with this as well, o well try it again..
