Hi, I am glad I found your post. It has been about 2 1/2 months and I have lost a total of 6 pounds. I am sore all over from exercising and my entire diet has changed to eating lots of proteins and veggies. I am getting a fed up that I haven't dropped a size and still sporting pull up pants. By the way I have convinced myself that pull up pants are fashionable. I am not saying I have had perfect days ( gibbles red hot potatoe chips, yellow cake with fudge icing,). I have increased my exercise, but it seems I don't have a buddy..just family who are no nonsense and no frills when it comes to telling me that I am "fluffy" . I am tired, my body hurts and I have had enough of protein. So I am here..looking for motivation..don't want to give up, because I do not want to start over! Help. 1333 days ago
Hi, I am adding you as a SP friend. It took me many months to figure out what I needed to do to live a healthier lifestyle. Please feel free to write me anytime. What has helped me is tracking my food, excercising 250 minutes a week (strength training, aerobic and stretching) and also being a part of the SP community.
When I first started out, during all those beginning months, I didn't lose any weight. Once I figured out the right program for me it helped me a great deal. So just try to focus on baby steps. Maybe just focus on getting in 250 minutes of exercise a week as a start.
