The only way I am going to get the "better I Deserve" is to work at it bit by bit. Struggles are part of life and clear sailing isn't always the best thing for us so right now I am just going to Keep Pushing Forward!

While my spark start date says 2006, I actually didn't start using Spark regularly until 2010. At that point I was almost a year into my journey to just reach my wedding weight again. I started that journey 7/1/2009 and never expected it to take this long to lose 41 lbs. I have had several set backs but 2013 will be the year that I break through that number. Hormones have played a big role in this battle for me so I hope if I get back to counting carbs again regularly that I will be able to blast through that barrier and keep pushing forward.

How is your week going? I've been tracking every day so far and getting some exercise in, too. I did have a little too much ice cream after dinner tonight (hubby is out of town and I went a little crazy!), but I tracked it and it only put me 100 calories over my range. Here's to a GREAT day tomorrow!

Thanks for the snowman! He's adorable! How did you hold up during the snowstorm yesterday? What a mess the roads out here were. I needed to get groceries but just decided to stay inside. My next door neighbor (I live in a duplex) shoveled my driveway for me again, which is a pleasant surprise, but I'm going to get out there today and do the bottom of the driveway where the snowplows came. At least it's sunny today! Thanks for thinking of me. Have a happy Sunday!

I think we may have been leaving messages on each other's pages at the same time! I love the Goldy books, too. I have listened to quite a few of them and the reader is usually good. I like that they are not too gory, scary or explicit~quick, easy reads, but the mysteries stump me sometimes :)

How is your week going? I have finally gotten back to tracking my food and it seems to be helping me stay in control more. I haven't been very good about exercising, but changing that today. I'm looking forward to our February read~it will be much easier than self-help!
