The only way I am going to get the "better I Deserve" is to work at it bit by bit. Struggles are part of life and clear sailing isn't always the best thing for us so right now I am just going to Keep Pushing Forward!

While my spark start date says 2006, I actually didn't start using Spark regularly until 2010. At that point I was almost a year into my journey to just reach my wedding weight again. I started that journey 7/1/2009 and never expected it to take this long to lose 41 lbs. I have had several set backs but 2013 will be the year that I break through that number. Hormones have played a big role in this battle for me so I hope if I get back to counting carbs again regularly that I will be able to blast through that barrier and keep pushing forward.

Thank you for stopping by my blog. We had a blast and it did me a lot of good. It did a lot for my stress level and depression. I really needed that time away.

I bought the cheapest one on Amazon. I can use it for my legs or arms. It as a little over $20 I think. I really like it to use when I don't get out. Drive Medical Pedal Exerciser with Attractive Silver Vein Finish, Silver Vein That is exactly what it is. My thought was I didn't want to have to use it forever but need it to get my muscles working until I can actually walk. It took me awhile to find the right chair to use for it. I want to sit up as much as possible.

emoticon I see your Spark Friend, emoticon ADARKARA is The Motivator of the Day. What an honor for her. emoticon

Good luck on your decluttering. I use to follow Pam Young and Peggy Jones THE SLOB SISTERS and they had some set rules: Pick it up Don't pass it up. A place for it and keep it in it's place. Take mail directly to the trash can and sort it there & then put it in the files such as PAY BILLS. Lots of other helps.
