Finding the Chemin du Roy

I'm a graduate student who is working to become healthier and more fit in order to achieve a goal of biking the Chemin du Roy road from Quebec to Montreal. I am a fan of cardio workouts, weightlifting, disc sports, swimming, yoga and biking. Outside of that, I like photo, reading, being outside and traveling.

My Goals:
Besides the biking, I would like to get better at disc golf, keep my cardio health at its level (which is pretty good), improve my asthma and my concentration, and maintain my grades

My Program:
I am eating 1600-1800 calories a day, sleeping at least eight hours a day (going to bed a lot sooner, around 10-11 pm), doing cardio routines 3-4x a week and strength training 1x a week. Cardio wise, I do elliptical running, disc golf, ultimate frisbee and swimming.

Personal Information:
I live in Kentucky and attend Western Kentucky University. I am hoping to move to Canada next year.

Other Information:
I love to read travel lit and religious texts.
