When life gives you lemons, you really need to make the best lemonade possible. Sometimes you have to get through the tough spots that don't seem like they will ever end before you see progress. Don't let that stop you, because if you are not going forward, more than likely, you are going backwards. When life gives you lemons, you really need to make the best lemonade possible. Sometimes you have to get through the tough spots that don't seem like they will ever end before you see progress. Don't let that stop you, because if you are not going forward, more than likely, you are going backwards. I am learning that sometimes you have to grab life as it rushes by and let the experiences fill you up. We are never too old for wonder and awe to light up our world. Love begins within, too. If you love yourself, no matter at what stage of the journey you are, you are going to attract someone who sees that same thing and wants it for themselves. When they do, don't be selfish...love is best shared. If you need an encouraging word, just ask. If you need a shoulder to cry on, just let it out. If you need someone to share a triumph, by all means do so. If you need a kick in the pants, I can handle that too. Just don't try to do it by yourself, it is more fun with company even if they are laughing. Just remember, if you can laugh at yourself, no one will laugh at you, only with you! So, enjoy life; take the bull by the horns and give it a good shake; live, laugh, love, enjoy! One last thing...Here is what I think of the 10's issue I had been having (translation...every time I got to a weight ending in zero, I would bounce around or freeze there, for a long time)...I got it now! No more 10's issue!!! I blew by one and am getting ready to say adios to the next one. I got the POWER!

I am making healthier food choices. I have conquered my atrocious evening eating habits. I am feeling better about myself. Reach 250 by 6/30/2012 June Challenge: Squats - 1550 Wall Pushups - 1550 Lunges - 720 Bicycle Crunches - 750 Planks - 45 minutes Walk every day!!
My Program:
Eating healthy foods, drinking more water working out at Curves 5-6 times a week. Walking a lot!
