Looking forward to Spring/Summer Challenges. My goal is not to "diet" my goal is to find that "healthy" plan. That includes a food and exercise plan. It's finding a balance in all areas in my life, that includes everything in my life.
I am looking forward to my trip to Florida for the birth of my last and 4th grandchild. We will be making a trip on the 15th and will gone for a couple of weeks, it will be great to see my grandchildren. I haven't seen them since them since Christmas. ...
