Tired of being BIG!!

I am back.....just 20lbs chunkier...I want to try again...Here goes round 2!!!!


i am 25 years old...i have been fat all my life....i m hoping to lose 40lbs by the end of this year!!...i want to be skinny, i have a petite body with a whole lot of fat....I am starting to exercise n trying to eat healthy...to be at the normal bmi, i have to lose 40lbs...n i need help bc sometimes i get discouraged esp wen the numbers rnt decreasing....

My Goals:
1) Stop mindless eating after work
2) Lose 10 lbs by June, 2012

1) fit into a size 9 jeans (by august)
2) have an healthy bmi
3) lose upto 40 pounds by the end of the year...but for now, i m aiming to lose 23

My Program:
1) Eat veggies/fruit at least 2x a day
2) Reduce my fast food intake
3) Cook more
4) Join a gym

1) walking 2 miles a day, except on sundays
2) trying to stay within my calorie range

Personal Information:
i currently live in Mesquite, TX..(moved here last year)..I am a student tat mean tat I spend most of the day behind a computer, sitting on my butt.

Wow! Good job at the fair. I am having a "hungry" day, don't know why, but I've already eaten enough cals and carbs for the whole day, and I know I'll be hungry after working out tonight. Monday nights are Zumba for an hour followed by Zumba toning (we use 2 lb weights going along with music.) My week-end was ok, my daughter threw a mega fit Saturday morning and it ruined the first half of the day for me. She ended up having a sleepover at my sister's house, so I got a little break. Otherwise, we went out to eat Friday night (and I was very careful.) I worked out each day. Not much going on. Have a great week!

Have a great time at the fair! I know all about going over on calories, I've been doing that too much lately! I justify it with working out almost everyday, sometimes twice a day!
