Well this is my 3rd time joining sparkpeople and they say 3rd times a charm I hope so. I SO need to lose weight and get healthy for me and my kids. I want to be a great role model for them. It's just so hard between working and being a mom sometimes I feel as though I have NO time for myself.. but NO MORE EXCUSES. I'm gonna do it. I would love a buddy to help me out and keep me motivated and I will do the same for them..

My Goals:
My first goal is to get out of the 200's that sucks I hate seeing the 200 + on my scale. For every 10 pds I lose I plan on rewarding my self ..haven't decided what yet but when I do I'll post it here if anyone has any ideas that would be great to hear :)

My Program:
I am doing the slimfast program, I have lost the most weight in the past doing slim fast so we'll see. Plus I don't drive so I walk my children to school which is a 15 minute walk and the it takes me 20-25 minutes to walk to work. I just bought a stepper for me and my children to use.. So hopefully that will be good for now.

Hi I'm Tracy and I'm a 32 year old single mom of 2 GREAT kids. I am an assistant daycare teacher and I LOVE my job. I was born in Guyana and came to Canada when I was younger. I REALLY need to lose weight and get healthy and hopefully this time it will happen and STAY OFF.

Other Information:
I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY , reading, listening to music,hanging out with my kids,watching movies and trying new things. I love to cook and need some new healthy and kid friendly ( my son is VERY PICKY ) recipes.

    How are you? Had a rough week and I've been slacking so I'm getting back into doing the things that make my ticker move. I think the most important thing for me is to track my food - because I can't lie when the calories are staring at me. May didn't go as planned but I'm ready for a great June!
