My beautiful grandson, Josiah!
If someone told me at the beginning of this year that I would weigh almost 20 lbs less at the end of the year, I don't think I would have believed them. I was un-motivated and had an "I don't care, nothing works for me" attitude. Thankfully, I no longer hold that opinion or attitude.
I feel better, healthier and motivated. And, there's no end in sight!
This has been a challenging year for me in many ways. But, I'm a "one-day-at-a-time" kind of gal and the year is ending on a brighter note than its beginning.
Nothing in me is a quitter and my plans are to continue into 2014 with the same attitude I have now - don't give up, keep going and giving it all you can and take one day at a time! The choices I've made so far have had major effects on me physically, spiritually and emotionally.
2014.....here I come!
* To change my mindset
* To eat healthier
* To exercise at least 5x per week
* To ENJOY my life
* Eat at least 5 veggies/fruits every day
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water
* Exercise 5x per week
* Use Nutrition Tracker
* Use Fitness Tracker
I have a wonderful and supportive husband, who I've been married to for 31 years. We have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
I love being in the mountains, at the beach listening to the waves crash against the shore line and I love spending time with my family!
