~Strengthen and tone ~To feel full of energy and life and break my addiction to sugar!! ~to increase my running speed. ~to be able to do 30 full body push ups in a row. ~to be able to do chin-ups (I'd be happy with one but I'm sure I want to do more ;)).
~Eating 5-6 small meals a day with protein at every meal. ~incorporating strength training and rest days ~Continue to drink 8+ glasses of water a day ~Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night
I love my now FOUR kids! Two girls (10 & 3 months) and two boys (7 & 3). My relationship with Jesus is my lifeline! 8 years ago I received a miraculous healing from a nerve disorder and my life has never been the same again! Finally in a healthy place in my marriage and it's the best it's ever been and just keeps getting better :)
I love to cook, play the piano and sing, read, work out and hang out with my beautiful family!
