Losing it!

HI all! I am a mother of two. Three if you count my husband. ROFL! Just kidding honey! I have a 17 year old boy and a soon to be 27 year old step son. Man those teenage years are harder than the terrible twos. BELIEVE ME!

I have already lost over 100 pounds. Still need to lose about that much. But I will do it! I feel better every day. I had always said I would have this weight off by the time I hit 40. It didn't happen. Soooooo.....lets go for 45 shall we. Grin. ...

It didn't happen. Soooooo.....lets go for 45 shall we. Grin. It isn't the easiest thing in the world. You can't just stop eating or walking into the kitchen. I try and try...but it seems I keep sabotaging myself. Every time I put something into my mouth when it isn't "time" to eat, I am only hurting myself. Why do I do this? I'm sure others think the same thing. Maybe I can one day figure out why I do this to myself. I'm trying to get back into the mind set I had when I lost the first 100 pounds. I have A LOT more reasons now then I did then. So, it should be that hard, right? WRONG!

So, my promise to myself right now is to just TRY and eat better and make better choices. And to think about whether I NEED to eat something when I walk into the kitchen.

Pretty much just watching what I eat. Drinking lots of water, trying to get off of soda.

Working on the Wi-Fit, walking on the treadmill (I cannot wait until Spring) and doing some core stability ball training.
