Thanks for the words of encouragement! I needed that! :) I have the 30 Day Shred video and have pros and cons to it: Pros: good workout for only 20 minutes; you feel your endurance increase each day if you do a workout a day; clothes fit better as I got into the program Cons: made me super sore; level 3 was VERY tough...I couldn't do it and had to go back to level 2; didn't lose any weight in the time I did it (I think I did 17 days in a row before I started running and went to doing the 30 Day Shred when I don't feel like running).
Overall, I'm glad I have it and do use it, just not on an everyday basis! :) Hope that helps! 2191 days ago
