Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment on my page. Yes, at this time I am very focus and motivated and I feel very blessed to have this community to help me stay that way. At this time I am keeping my calories within the recommended range for my weight but not following any particular diet. I am doing my best to eat mostly healthy, fresh, single ingredient foods such as fruits, vegetables, chicken breasts, etc. I am not really focusing on exercise because food is my weakness plus I don't want to get overwhelmed my first few weeks. I will be going back and of course changing this as I get some momentum going. :) You did great your first week! Congratulations!! 2005 days ago
