I'm getting healthy & fit for myself...if it kills me this time. Last January, I started a weight loss program and by June, I dropped 81 pounds. I fell off the wagon and gained 50 pounds back.....stopped exercising and am totally miserable again. So, this is it.....I'm starting up again and this time I plan to finish what I started!

My Goals:
My overall goal is to get down to 130 lbs.

I'll have to update this section as I go along.

My Program:
I'm going to a rapid wt loss clinic. For the first few days, I have to rid my body of all carbs. After that, I am allowed 20 carbs per day. My daily calorie intake is 700. I have to drink as much water as possible, up to a gallon per day. Exercise just makes you drop the weight faster. With this diet, you can lose 100 lbs in 6 months if you stay on track. I'm going to do my best!

Personal Information:
I live in Florida, south of Tampa. I am a nurse, but am currently not working. I am married with 3 kids, ages 12,11 & 17. I am 36 years old.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment on my page. Yes, at this time I am very focus and motivated and I feel very blessed to have this community to help me stay that way. At this time I am keeping my calories within the recommended range for my weight but not following any particular diet. I am doing my best to eat mostly healthy, fresh, single ingredient foods such as fruits, vegetables, chicken breasts, etc. I am not really focusing on exercise because food is my weakness plus I don't want to get overwhelmed my first few weeks. I will be going back and of course changing this as I get some momentum going. :)

just poppin in to say hi and im on day 3 no smoking and i did my exercise 14 min this morning when i first got up and im going to do some more later
