NDUETIME
Hello! My name is Trish. I am 50, married with two children and 12 grandchildren. I like to ride my mustang a couple times a week for exercise as well as use workout dvd's. Sometimes it is really hard to fit everything into my schedule but I am determined to lose the weight, be healthy, save my knees (and my horses back!) I really enjoy homesteading and the physical way you can be self sufficient on a farm.

My Goals:
I really want to lose about 60-70 pounds I want to make lifestyle changes, not follow a diet, and make changes I can live with. I want to have my Hubby eat healthier. I want exercise to become a habit.
My Program:
Saw my Dr who referred me to SparkPeople, put me on a 1500 cal a day program, drinking more water, and exercising. I like to ride my horse of course so that is a big part of my program.
Personal Information:
I have lived in SD, WI, MT, and FLA and currently reside in the staeline area of Beloit WI. I enjoy homesteading, the art of self sufficiency thru livestock and gardening as well as taking care of the farm in general.
Other Information:
I am a Christian American, farmer, black belt, and horse owner.
