NDKARIKARI'S Page

I have been a Sparkpeople member for almost 5 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition, fitness, and my own unhealthy patterns in this time.

My key issues are emotional eating, consistency, and a lack of mindfulness. I have a long way to go, but I am learning to really love myself for me, at any size, along the way. I really want 2015 to be a productive and healthy year!

For the 5% Spring Challenge. I commit to:

1. Eat between 1500-1700 calories ...

1. Eat between 1500-1700 calories daily, including weekends
2. Stop mindless snacking (esp. at work & in the evenings at home)
3. Commit to 10,000 steps per day
4. Exercise 3x/week at the gym, and have some physical activity everyday
5. Have sweets only 2x/week
6. Blog once a week
