This time I'll do it!

I have finally reached that point in my life where I've internalized the importance of being fit and healthy. I'm nearing retirement and I want to be able to enjoy it! I'm from North Dakota and am a psych/mental health nurse in a large health system here. I work in the outpatient clinic. My husband and I camp and garden, and I'm trying to learn to be a better photographer.

Thanks for the encouragement with the squats, I'm doing the month's challenge in preparation for our ski trip (so I'll sort of be doing squats all day!) Personally I find lunges harder-that's the next thing to try! (and yes I must be mad :) )

I went out and bought a yoga DVD that I still need to open and try out. I had a yoga melt down, but wanted some for am and pm. So I will be trying them out this week.
