Hello All!

Just a little bit about me, I have joined spark people to stay motivated and to motivate other people on their weight loss journey. My personal goal is just to decrease my body fat to help in the performance of my running and competitive activities such as half marathons, triathlons, swimming, etc.

I've been working in the health/fitness field for 10+ years. Currently I work as a Program Manager/Health Coach for a large corporation in South FL. I have a Master's in Public Health and have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and one of my favorite classes to teach is Spinning. Exercising and motivating other people to reach their fitness goals is my passion. I workout between 3-5 days a week. Just recently got back into running and would love to excel in that. That's just a little bit about me, I thought I should share!
