My name is Natalie, I'm 31 years old, and I'm back from "Spark Hiatus" after a year. My last experience with Spark was a positive one, both weight-wise and socially, and I know it's what I need to get back on track.
I love yoga, and I've recently gotten into going to spin class, and I love to go for walks in the morning or evenings in the summer months.
I also really love food, as well as cooking, and I do partake in the cocktails, which can be factors in overindulgence much of the time.
Stay active. CONSISTENTLY active.
5 a Day Fruit & Veg.
Plenty of water all day.
Maintain a weight within 140-145 pounds.
More fruit and veg.
Cook healthy meals. (Plan ahead.)
Exercise: Yoga, cycling, cardio, strength exercises.
Green tea and vitamins.
I'm from New Mexico. I own my own business as a freelance Graphic Artist/Designer/Illustrator, which I love. I've never been happier with my life and my career than I am at this point, although it is a lot of work, and takes a lot of self-discipline.
I'm married to my sweetheart of 9 years, Ryan, a super cute computer geek/bass player/comedian/video game enthusiast. (i.e. Hot Geek.) We've been married for four years of the ten that we have been together. We have two kitties named Tanuki and Kitsu.
I love Adult Swim, karaoke, comedy, home decorating, art, and rock n' roll. Favorite bands: The Darkness, Queen, The National, The Killers, MGMT, Tool, Arcade Fire, The White Stripes, Thin Lizzy, Dethklok and more. Hiya Shnookums! Actually, pretty much everything is shakin', which is why I have slunk back into spark world. :) Turns out I'm not as Smarty McSmarterson at maintaining this fitness stuff as I would have liked to think. Huh. Go fig. Anyway, correcting that situation. How YOU doin'? (As we say in Chicago.)

great job with the gym routine! i'm doing pretty OK. trying to stay focused and steady. so far so good i guess. :-) can't believe that June is already almost half over!
