Grit: Determination in the Face of Hardship

Well, after being very successful using SparkPeople a few years ago, I fell off the bandwagon. I gained back almost 20 pounds of the weight that I lost, and stand at 155 pounds. I am in the healthy range according to my BMI, but I don't feel healthy. I stopped exercising, I stopped eating healthy, and I had a baby. I'm getting back on the wagon, and kicking the 20 pounds that I lost and keeping it off.

Here's to being 135 pounds by summer!

My journey to being 20 ...

Doing ok....tracked every bite I have put in my mouth. Lost 1/2 pound for the week. Am happy with that.
