it's Joanna from the Weekly Challenge Team. It's been about a month since you joined our team. How are you doing at climbing that mountain? Are you climbing those rocky slopes yet? It's often hardest the first month as you get your routines started. Are you making use of the nutrition tracker? Many new members find this the most difficult thing to master, but it is ever so important to get a handle on learning to make healthy choices. I hope you are taking advantage of our challenges on a regular basis. They cover a varied number of options. If there is any topic you would like or need please let us know. We have created new threads to meet our members needs. After all this is your team and if you need it then there are others that need the same thing.

Welcome to the WEEKLY CHALLENGE TEAM. This a friendly and encouraging place to be.
Our monthly challenge is the "September 2013 Fitness Challenge" You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called "Let's SUPPORT Ourselves" and the purpose is to take time out for ourselves. The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have, right now it's called "I Am A Rock. I am an island" and concentrates on how your feeling.
Introduce yourself to the team through the "Getting To Know Each Other" thread and add your birthday to the birthday list. We would love to help you celebrate.
