a new beginning!!!

Well it is 2013 and I stil have not met my weight lose goal but I am not giving up yet. The last time I was on Sparke I had lost a total of 46lbs. but I know I have gained some of that back, but I am back and ready to start again. My goal for 2013 is to reach my goal weight of 130lbs. and help my family eat healthier and be healthier.
My plan for this is to eat healtier, make healthier meals and to get back into regular exercising. Make better CHOICES.

My Goals:
my goal is to lose 55-60 lbs. for me. Read goals above in introduction.

My Program:
I am walk/jogging 3 - 4 mornings a week, SP toning videos 6 days a week, walking everyday during lunch and any other activities I can get in, also I am tracking my calories, using the support from the teams on SP and making new SP friends.

Personal Information:
I am from a little town is North Central Kansas. I am married 16 years to a wonderful guy that I met in highschool and have two wonderful children. Changed jobs back in January, so now I only work 35 hours a week and not 60+.

Other Information:
I am a big fan of the biggest loser, I really don't have time to read but I do enjoy it. I really enjoy bow hunting for whitetail deer and Nebraska Husker football.
