Welcome to my Journey!

Being in the healthcare field you'd think maintaining a healthy lifestyle would come easily. Obviously that's not the case else I'd not have to work at this so hard. I know How to lose weight. Keeping it off is another matter entirely. I've lost large sums of weight (40+ pounds) three different times in my life. I'm hoping to make this the last time that I lose weight and the first and Only time that I maintain my weight in a healthy range.

My Goals:
My primary goal is to get healthy and maintain a healthy, more active lifestyle.

Mini goals:

1. Below 170 by end of November
2. Complete the C25K training program
3. Run a 5K

My Program:
I'm following the SP program to lose approximately 1-1.5 pounds a week. I do cardio at least 3 days a week and workout with a personal trainer once or twice a week.

Grrrrr to having to take a break! But AWESOME on pulling through.. You can do this, you're going to be so proud when you were on top of nutrition and then can get back to working out like you wanted to.. I mean think about it this way.. How far we'vecome that we MISS working out when we can't!*hugs*
