Happy Thursday! The difference between ‘try’ and ‘triumph’ is just a little umph! I hope you are keeping your eyes set on your goal and working towards it. The groundwork of all happiness is health, When you’re healthy, you’re happy. When losing weight, improving your health should always be your first goal, because good health will see you through to the end. Weight loss through diet and exercise is tough, it does get hard, but when you exert every ounce of will power and self control, you will persevere.
Great Job!! Keep up the good work, So Proud of you! Well it is the end of another week. Enjoy the weekend and relax a bit! I know that this time of year people have some spouts of seasonal depression, and it makes us want to eat things that make us happy, most of those foods are not healthy. Stay on track with your goal and know we are not alone in this, many struggle with depression eating. And with Holidays it is hard to turn away from all the good foods being prepared as tradition. But with will power and faith we can do it. Think small portions, And if you must have the sweet taste that is full of unhealthy calories, taste is the key word. Keep strong, keep on pressing to your goal!
