    Hey! U came back! I'm glad to see you came back to sparkpeople. I've been gone a little bit myself and of course I've been slacking off a bit on the exercise part but trying to eat well though. I'm going to get back to it starting tomorrow- start the week off right. Anyway, thanks for the encouragement. Yeah, those ideas are great, I think when i get that milestone that I'll go out and buy myself a new bathing suit. Afterall-its new clothes, but something I have to wear to exercise in. Only problem is that it isn't going to be bathing suit season for much longer, so i may have revalutate that idea later if the suits aren't in the stores.

    Hey! Just wanted to drop by with a little encouragement. Good luck this week with finding time and energy to exercise and the discipline to eat healthy. You're doing so well. I just weighed in and lost another .8 pounds, which isn't bad.. I'm just happy not to have gained or stayed the same. I have to admit, it has been a while since i've seen the numbers i've seen on the scale. Its nice to know that I'm just 16 pounds away from my personal milestone goal. Its not this finish line, of course, but its going to be a number i haven't seen in YEARS. and I'll totally have to celebrate with something awesome. I dont know what yet any suggestions?

    Ok Mr Nbstone06,

    I just noticed on your page that you lost some weight, HIGH FIVE! emoticon I just found out that i lost 2.8 more pounds, I'm up to 7.8 pounds down. So we're BOTH doing great! Keep it up! emoticon

    Hey,
    Hope that you are utilizing the Spark site, if not to add in your calories but to add your fitness minutes to keep track of your progress and calories burned. They have some real good recipies on here too, some are pretty healthy too. Anyway, not trying to be a pusher, but you should keep coming back to it and add some pics to show your handsome face.
