My weight loss and running journey

I took my first run January 4th, 2005.
I sporadically around 5km or less until July 2006, and am now training for my first 1/2 marathon in 2 weeks.

1. Lose 10lbs

2. Run a nother 1/2 marathon(s) with a time goal of 2:05

My Program:
I am currently doing boot camp (running/strength training 2hrs) 2 or 3x/week, and completing a long run (10-20km) 1x/week.
