Good health is the choice of a lifestyle, not a diet. And lately my mind has been thinking of it as a diet, making it easier to blow-off bad choices. I think it's time to acknowledge how far off the path I've strayed and get back with the program.

Get below my official WW goal of 140 pounds, I'd love to weigh-in at 135 and have a few pounds of 'cushion'.

5 spoons of Hope
2 spoons of Tenderness
4 quarts of Faith
1 barrel of Laughter
Unlimited amount of Spirit and Understanding

Take Love and Loyalty, mix them thoroughly with Faith.
Blend it with Tenderness, Forgiveness and Understanding.
Add Hope and Friendship, sprinkle abundantly with Laughter and Spirit.
